The electronic differential pressure transmitter RT 305.03 operates using a metallic process diaphragm, filling oil and a semiconductor bridge circuit. As an output signal, the transmitter provides a DC signal with superimposed HART protocol.
The RT 305.03 electronic differential pressure transmitter can be verified using compressed air via a precision pressure regulator or using water via the level tube with water tank and scale of the RT 304 calibration trainer. The height-adjustable water tank allows precise measurement of low pressures.
RT 305.03 is connected electrically and pneumatically to the RT 304 calibration trainer. The transmitter’s electrical output signal is controlled via an industrial controller from RT 304.
For the verification of the electrical output signal, RT 305.03 is subjected to various pressures. The output signal of the transmitter is recorded across the entire measuring range. The controlled variable and reference value are compared. The deviations and the characteristic are recorded.
