Electronic pressure transmitter convert pressure from a sensor element into an electrical value and this into a direct current signal via a transmitter. The RT305.02 uses a ceramic-technology sensor with a two-wire transmitter.
The RT 305.02 electronic pressure transmitter is connected pneumatically and electrically to the RT 304 calibration trainer.
The compressed air is set via a precision pressure regulator from RT 304. The electrical signal from the transducer is controlled via an industrial controller from RT 304. For demonstration purposes, the inlet pressure can be displayed on a pressure gauge from RT 304.
For verification of the electrical output signal, the RT 305.02 pressure transmitter is applied with various pressures. The output signal of the transmitter is recorded across the measuring range. The controlled variable and reference value are compared. The deviations and the characteristic are recorded.
